Without your feedback,we would not be able to make "The World's Best Bird Feeders"! If you would like to submit a testimonial to Droll Yankees, please read the following Authorization & Release carefully, and then fill out the form below. Fields marked with (*) are required fields.

Authorization & Release

In exchange for consideration received, I hereby give permission to Droll Yankees Inc. and their affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Droll Yankees Inc.") to use, publish and copyright my testimonial statements, name (first name and first initial of my last name), and city and state, in all forms and media, for advertising, trade, promotions and other marketing purposes. I agree that Droll Yankees Inc. has the right to attribute to me the testimonial statements given by me, which are an expression of my personal experience and belief.

In the event I provide Droll Yankees Inc. with pictures, they will be privately owned by me and not copyrighted or owned by any third party. Droll Yankees Inc. will only use my pictures in association with my testimonial and will attribute my pictures to me.

Droll Yankees Inc. will retain my name and contact information for their records only, and will not disclose or sell my name or contact information to any other companies or individuals.

I agree that I have provided this submission to Droll Yankees Inc. and have received no payment or compensation for this submission.
